Contest Rules and Guidelines
- Registration: Registration process is COMPULSORY. Please register by clicking the Register button below.
- Age Groups : The competition is open for both Kids and Adults.
- Pre-Baked Cake & Icing: Participants must bring a fully baked cake and prepared icing from home. 🎂
- Details to brief: Along with cake, please bring the details of the cake baked in written – Flavor of the cake, ingredients used, any particular technique used and keep it along with cake during competition.
- Live Decoration Only: All decoration and presentation must be completed live during the contest. No pre-decorated cakes are allowed. 🍥🌟
- Time Limit: Each participant will have 1 hour to decorate their cake. ⏱️
- Tools & Supplies: Participants should bring their decorating tools, edible decorations, and presentation materials. 🧁🎨.
- Decorating medium: Participants are free to use any edible decorating medium such as fondant, cream, buttercream, ganache, chocolate, and other edible materials. 🌈🍫
- Size of the cake : The cake should be 1 tier or multi tier and cake should fit on baseboard of 10″ or 12″ .
- No Dry Cakes: Dry cakes are STRICTLY not allowed.
- Elements: All elements used for decorating must be entirely edible. Non-edible items will lead to point deductions.
- Dummy Cake: Incase of Multi tier cakes you can use dummy cakes but atleast some portion should be edible as your cakes will be cut and tasted.

Judgement Criteria
The cakes will be judged on the following criteria:
- Design & Creativity: Unique and imaginative decoration ideas that stand out. 🎨✨
- Presentation: Overall visual appeal and how well the decoration captures attention. 🌟
- Neatness: Clean and tidy design execution without smudges or untidy areas.
- Taste: While the focus is on decoration, the cake must also be palatable and taste as good as it looks. 🍰
- Judges will score each criterion for a comprehensive assessment.
- The decision of the judges is final and binding. Their evaluation will be based on the established criteria and their expertise. 🏆
- Participants are expected to respect the judges’ decisions without dispute.
Winners
Winners will be declared in all categories – Single Tier, Multi Tier, and Cupcake Decoration. 🎉
Plus, there’s an additional award for Viewers’ Choice! 💖
All visitors will get a chance to vote for their favorite cake, and the entry with the most votes will be crowned the Viewers’ Choice Winner! 🗳️✨

Photography
All entries will be photographed and photos may be used later for any and all marketing and promotional purposes for all future activities.
Food
During registration, you will be provided with Food coupons for the participant only.
The coupon is to be used only at ‘Just Buffet’ restuarant.
Please show up your coupon to have lunch.

Cake decoration Start Time: 12 Noon
Cake decoration End Time: 1:00 pm
Session by Experts – Meenakshi Sodhi(Wafer Paper Flower) and Shivani Chauhan (Corporate Hampers) 1:15pm- 2:15 pm
Lunch : 2:30 pm
Prize distribution : 3:30pm.
Additional Notes
- Participants should bring their own tools and supplies needed for decorating. This includes piping bags, spatulas, fondant tools, and any other necessary items.
- Contestants are encouraged to maintain cleanliness at their workstation and practice basic food safety.
- Please arrive on time for setup and preparation.
- In case kids are accompaning you, please make sure they do not disturb other contestants.
Expert Sessions
We have scheduled expert baking sessions for all of you from Industry experts.
Please make use of these sessions and do ask questions and your queries related to baking and orders.
